How to clean AI-assisted writing before publishing

AI writing tools are useful for outlines, brainstorming, translation, and rough drafts. The problem starts when a rough draft is published without review. The result often feels polished but generic: too many headings, too many transition phrases, too much certainty, and not enough real evidence.

AI Cleaned 的目标不是把文章变成“无法识别”,而是帮助你做一次负责任的发布前检查。下面这套流程适合用于邮件、公众号、博客、社媒文案、产品说明、周报和英文草稿。

1. Remove machine-like formatting first

Generated drafts often contain Markdown marks such as bold symbols, code ticks, nested bullet lists, and numbered headings. These are useful inside a chat window, but they can look unfinished when pasted into an email, CMS, or social platform. Clean formatting before you judge the writing quality.

第一步先清格式。很多 AI 文本一复制出来就带着加粗符号、标题井号、列表符号和表情。它们不一定错,但会让读者意识到这段话像是从聊天窗口直接贴出来的。

2. Cut vague filler and inflated wording

AI drafts tend to overuse safe but empty language: “it is worth noting,” “in today’s fast-paced world,” “comprehensive,” “robust,” “empower,” and similar phrases. In Chinese drafts, phrases such as “不可否认的是,” “赋能,” “高质量发展,” and “闭环” can also make a paragraph feel less specific.

空泛套话的最大问题不是“像 AI”,而是信息密度低。真正有效的修改方式,是把空泛形容词换成具体动作、具体对象、具体结果。

3. Verify every concrete claim

Names, dates, percentages, money amounts, rankings, and “research shows” statements deserve manual verification. If a claim matters to the argument, add a source. If you cannot verify it, soften the sentence or remove it.

AI 草稿最危险的地方往往不是文风,而是事实。年份、百分比、金额、机构名称和“数据显示”这类句子一定要查来源。查不到来源,就不要把它写得像确定事实。

4. Restore your own point of view

A cleaned draft is still only a draft. Add examples from your actual work, remove claims you do not understand, and rewrite the conclusion in your own voice. The best final version should feel reviewed, not merely processed.

最后一步是把你的判断放回去。加入真实案例、删掉你自己都说不清的段落、把结论改成你真正认可的说法。这样文章才会从“顺滑”变成“可信”。
